Assistant Site Manager Vacancy

We are excited to be working with our a fantastic bespoke developer in Thanet, who due to growth and expansion they are recruiting for a dynamic Assistant Site Manager to join the team.

The right individual will have two years of house building experience and gained valuable knowledge working on traditional and timber frame developments. You may well be a trainee site manager looking to take that step up, or an assistant keen to become part of a private developer and build some unique projects.

You will be reporting directly into a project manager and will gain experience of managing the site as a team and solely. This opportunity presents great longevity and will have many opportunities to grow within the business quickly. The Site is located in Margate and has 35 units being built, a mixture of houses, flats and one commercial unit. With a value of in excess of £4million.

The following qualifications and experience are required:

·         SMSTS

·         First Aid

·         CSCS

·         2 Years of house building experience
