An exciting opening has become available for a experienced and knowledgeable Sales advisor, to join a new build homes developer and be based their Sites through out Thanet, Kent. This is a challenging yet very financially rewarding job and is perfect for a tenacious and driven, Property Professional that wants a new challenge.
The role will be on a full time basis and you will be responsible for your own development:
- Job Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, to show homes Liaising with mortgage advisor’s, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion
- Creating marketing and promotional material to generate sales, including promotional events
- Using proactive methods including Social Media to attract buyers
- Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
- Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
- Liaising with the Site Manager to keep up to date on build
- Reporting to Directors with weekly updates on sales and progression targets
- Helping customers choose internal and external choices, up selling when possible
- Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
Experience Required
- Previous experience within Residential Sales or New Homes is desired
- Proven success in the Industry
- Excellent customer service experience
- Driven and Proactive
- Well presented Professional Manner
- Knowledge of the local area
Salary Basic Salary of £25,000 Commission structure to be discussed based on an amount per completion offering a Realistic OTE £40K
