An exciting opening has become available for a experienced and knowledgeable Sales advisor, to join a new build homes developer and be based their Sites through out Thanet, Kent. This is a challenging yet very financially rewarding job and is perfect for a tenacious and driven, Property Professional that wants a new challenge.

The role will be on a full time basis and you will be responsible for your own development:

  • Job Sales Negotiation of new homes from both initial plans, to show homes Liaising with mortgage advisor’s, solicitors and other external contacts, progressing sales through to completion
  • Creating marketing and promotional material to generate sales, including promotional events
  • Using proactive methods including Social Media to attract buyers
  • Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
  • Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
  • Liaising with the Site Manager to keep up to date on build
  • Reporting to Directors with weekly updates on sales and progression targets
  • Helping customers choose internal and external choices, up selling when possible
  • Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate

Experience Required

  • Previous experience within Residential Sales or New Homes is desired
  • Proven success in the Industry
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Driven and Proactive
  • Well presented Professional Manner
  • Knowledge of the local area

Salary Basic Salary of £25,000 Commission structure to be discussed based on an amount per completion offering a Realistic OTE £40K
